With over 23 years of nursing experience, Carla has a diverse background which includes ER trauma, leadership roles in Office and Home Infusion, and now a Senior Clinical Training Specialist with Solta Medical. Carla’s career began in emergency care, where she developed a strong foundation in acute care, emergency procedures, and patient management in high-pressure environments. After 15 years in leadership, Carla embraced a new journey in the aesthetic space when she joined Solta Medical 6 years ago. Carla ensures that healthcare professionals are well-equipped to deliver top-tier patient care with Clear + Brilliant, Fraxel, Thermage, and VASER. Carla also assists with New Hire Training, standardizing protocols, and working closely with Solta’s Research and Development Team. Carla’s commitment to excellence, leadership and continuous learning has been a cornerstone of her professional journey.

Carrie Marques brings 11 years of dedicated service with Solta Medical, where she currently serves as a Senior Clinical Training Specialist for the Southeast Region. Carries experience offers a wealth of knowledge and history on our core products, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage and Vaser. Carrie's nursing journey began in the hospital setting, where she honed her skills in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning into the dynamic field of home health care. Carrie then spent two years with a medical grade skincare company before taking her passion for aesthetics to Solta. In her current capacity, Carrie leverages her extensive clinical background and educational expertise to train and support healthcare professionals in the effective utilization of Solta Medical's advanced medical devices. Her commitment to enhancing patient care through education is evident in her proactive approach to training and development.
