Allie Smith has cultivated a diverse career in healthcare over the last 14 years, beginning her career in the hospital setting before transitioning into medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. Her early years as a bedside RN ignited a passion for education, which has become central to her professional journey. Allie's extensive nursing background has been pivotal in shaping her into the educator she is today. For the past year, Allie has served as the Clinical Education Specialist for the West Region at Solta Medical. In this role, Allie leverages her clinical knowledge and instructional skills to train and support healthcare professionals in the effective utilization of Solta's cutting-edge medical devices, including Clear and Brilliant, Fraxel, Thermage, and VASER.

Carrie Marques brings 11 years of dedicated service with Solta Medical, where she currently serves as a Senior Clinical Training Specialist for the Southeast Region. Carrie’s experience offers a wealth of knowledge and history on our core products, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage, Fraxel, and VASER. Carrie's nursing journey began in the hospital setting, where she honed her skills in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning into the dynamic field of home health care. Carrie then spent two years with a medical grade skincare company before taking her passion for aesthetics to Solta. In her current capacity, Carrie leverages her extensive clinical background and educational expertise to train and support healthcare professionals in the effective utilization of Solta Medical's advanced medical devices. Her commitment to enhancing patient care through education is evident in her proactive approach to training and development.
